Daniel Martens

I have over a decade of financial experience as a Financial Advisor and Investment Representative in PEI, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. I graduated with a Business Diploma from Holland College and moved right into the financial industry.

I live in Lyndale, PEI with my wife Stephanie, son Jaxon and daughter Lily. I grew up on a Tobacco farm and there I was taught the meaning of hard work. That lesson has shaped the way I work for my clients now and will continue to do so in the future.

 

I volunteer as the President of the PEI Association of Community Living which is an amazing organization that works with families and individuals with intellectual disabilities. I also volunteer as President of the PEI Chapter of Advocis the Financial Advisors Association of Canada. There we work hard to create good education for Advisor members in PEI to better serve their clients. We work with regulators on a national level to help the financial industry and the clients that rely on the sound advice of Advocis Financial Advisors. I currently serve as a director at large with Inclusions Canada, which is the National organization that helps individuals with intellectual disabilities.
